Approvals Email Settings In Timesheet 5.5

All emails sent from Timesheet are subject to the email notifications settings designated in the Email Notification Settings Screen. This screen is accessed via the Approval Email Settings link located under the Approval Management header of the main admin screen.

This screen allows you to enter the information necessary for Timesheet to process the emails associated with Period Approvals and Project Approvals. The required information for these processes includes:

When you have entered the above values, click the Button. Timesheet will refresh the Email Notification Settings Screen and display a green text message confirming the settings changes.

Enabling And Disabling Approvals Emails

You may activate or deactivate all approvals emails in this screen using the Activate Approval E-mails? setting. By default, approvals emails are turned off. To enable approvals emails, simply change this option to "Yes" and click the Button. Timesheet will refresh the Email Notification Settings Screen and display a green text message confirming your change.

To disable approvals emails when they are already active, repeat the above process, but select "No" for this option.
